Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders through this website. Your subsequent purchase will indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time and your continued use of this site and any subsequent purchases made will signify your agreement to be bound by any change.
Please ensure when placing an order you enter your details correctly including your telephone number so we can contact you if need be. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the billing name on the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, which we determine does not meet this requirement.
All product and shipping prices are quoted on this website in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD.
GST & Taxes
On all orders placed for delivery in Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. Orders to be shipped to an international address are exempt from Australian Taxes. The prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges, which may apply. Any additional charges will be at the expense of “you” the purchaser and will not be covered by My Fairy World.
Please note that colour of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer monitors they are being viewed on.
IMPORTANT NOTE – please be aware that some products sold by My Fairy World contain small parts that are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years as they pose a choking hazard. It is recommended by My Fairy World that all products sold be used under the supervision of an adult or guardian.
Order confirmation will be sent to your email address reconfirming your shipping / delivery details, charges and any other relevant information. This email is to confirm we have received your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at the complete discretion of My Fairy World. Some examples where we may exercise this discretion include but are not limited to the following:
- if we suspect fraudulent use of a credit card;
- if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment;
- if shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery; or
- if the item is out of stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.
Where possible, we aim to have all orders ready to ship within 24 hours of your order. However, for various reasons, this may not always be possible and we ask that you allow at least 1 – 3 business days for handling before your order can be dispatched.
When finalising your order, please ensure that you include the correct postage details. My Fairy World is not responsible for replacing orders that are sent to incorrect addresses, as entered by you.
