We have an outstanding quality control procedure in place to help minimise any chance of you receiving faulty or damaged goods. But, even with the most stringent and detailed procedures in place, we recognise that faulty or damaged goods may slip through the cracks from time-to-time and you may not be entirely happy with your purchase.

Please note that My Fairy World is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not bought directly from our online store. If you are seeking to return My Fairy World goods that were purchased through another outlet, please contact that outlet directly.

Exchange requests

My Fairy World will happily exchange faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability. If your exchange cannot be processed because of availability we will contact you with alternatives or offer a full refund.

If you decide to exchange your items, all exchanges must:

  • be in their original packaging;
  • be in new condition and suitable for resale; and
  • include proof of purchase.

My Fairy World is not responsible for the loss of products being returned. We therefore recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method. We also recommend using a tough bag so as to minimise any risk of damage to the goods while being delivered.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges when exchanging goods. This includes any shipping costs paid with your initial purchase and your own return postage costs. However, items that we exchange will be resent to you at our own cost.

Returns

If you have received faulty or damaged goods, you may return them within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of being used or played with are not considered to be faulty.
