Wholesale Fairy Door General Conditions of Trade

  • Separate applications must be made to sell your stock online.
  • Online sales only permitted with pre-approval of My Fairy World.
  • We do not accept return of unsold stock.
  • Exclusivity is determined by My Fairy World, regular purchasing and location.

My Fairy World will supply upon request images of current stock for use on social media and website online stores. Please request help via info@myfairyworld.com.au if you would like help when re-sizing or formatting your images.

We suggest based on some products changes you provide mention of this under product descriptions to avoid confusion to customers

Pro-forma Orders

Pro-forma orders are orders which are paid in full at time of ordering. In addition to the above General Terms, please note that the following conditions apply to pro-forma orders:

  • All first orders are pro-forma unless noted.
  • Stock will be held for 7 days and then released or dispatched if we have your credit card details as confirmation.
  • Orders will be dispatched upon release of cleared funds.

7 Day Account Orders

7 day account orders are orders that we ship immediately. We extend a short term line of credit to you so that you can get the goods as soon as possible into your store. In addition to the above General Terms, please note that the following conditions apply to 7 day account orders:

  • All payments are due 7 days from the Invoice Date.
  • All accounts that are more than 30 days in arrears may be placed on credit hold and may incur an additional 15% charge.
  • Accounts that are outstanding for more than 60 days may be referred for debt collection/legal action.
  • All product supplied remains the property of My Fairy World until payment is received in full.
  • Orders are dispatched automatically at time of availability.

30 Day Account Orders

Account Orders are orders for which we extend credit over an agreed period of time. Goods are dispatched prior to payment. Accounts are negotiated and agreed upon on an individual basis. In addition to the above General Terms, please note that the following conditions apply to 30 day account orders:

  • All payments are due 30 days from Invoice Date.
  • All accounts that are more than 60 days in arrears will be placed on credit hold and incur an additional 15% charge and may be referred for debt collection/legal action.
  • All product supplied remains the property of My Fairy World until payment is received in full.
  • Orders are dispatched automatically at time of availability.

Stock Availability

My Fairy World is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed as available on our website are currently in stock. If an item is out of stock the expected stock date is shown as a guide. Please note some products are available only as retail and not for wholesale trade. My Fairy World is a small Australia owned business we source a majority of our products from independent craftsmen and women. From time to time some individual goods found in a selection of our craft like products may differ from the original image and description found on our website or supplied via stockists. This is due to availability and or high demand. Where this is the case alternate product to the equal value will be supplied as substitute.

Minimum Orders
There is a minimum value of $350 for every order. Products also have their own minimums.

Delivery
Goods are sent out from our warehouse in Victoria and are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order, subject to availability. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days;  in the rare event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will provide you with a full refund.  Orders are shipped via Australia Post.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout on orders up to $1500; on orders over this amount we will charge shipping after your order is placed.  We ask customers not to take orders for stock until it has been delivered, in case of unexpected delays.

Product Descriptions
All products and services listed on this website are described to the best of our abilities and using the information available to us at the time.  Care is taken to ensure that this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of:

  • Human error in entry of information.
  • Incorrect information provided to us by suppliers or distributors.
  • Failure of suppliers or distributors to supply updated information to us.
  • Colour differences due to image and screen resolution
  • Availability of some craft stock

Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST.

Return Policy
In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website or wholesale catalogue which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:

  • The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product received is not the product actual product ordered eg. You receive a step ladder when you ordered fairy beds
  • The product has been damaged in transit.

Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Missing or damaged items must be declared within 7 days of receipt. We will issue  a returns policy or list of instructions. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected. Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.

Please note we do not accept returns for unsold items, stock deemed unsuitable for store or online sales and/or over ordering. Refunds will only be given to stock deemed faulty as per the list above. Stock returned or not accepted upon delivery will receive a 15% restock admin and quality inspection fee. All costs incurred directly to My Fairy World including postage, credit card charges and sales of goods will be accounted for and request for payment will be processed.

Tax Invoice
Upon completion of your order, we will supply a Tax Invoice to you in the form of an email. Please ensure that the email address you have provided us is correct.
